Our epic location is walkable to everything - experience life like a local in this stunning California mountain town. Building is from 1923 & completely renovated in 2022 with all new furnishings, new bathroom, FIBER internet (WiFi), 55" smart tv, 800 thread count Eqyptian Cotton sheets, quartz & marble counters & stainless steel appliances. If you love clean air you'll appreciate the new HEPASilent air purifier in the room.

Super cool original gray brick walls in the dining room, living room and bedroom. Great kitchenette. Luxurious bed sheets. The place is spacious and fun with real leather sofa and leather butterfly chair.

This is one of 12 boutique hotel rooms at Summit Lofts but this one private loft is only one of two lofts on the ground floor and has a separate micro lobby and private entrance off of the alley. 

Located near the best intersection downtown (that turns very sleepy by 10 pm), literally nearly every one of Mt Shasta’s best spots are within walking distance! Feel free to make eye contact and say hello as you walk the sidewalks as this is a small, friendly town. Our outdoorsy neighbors across the street at The 5th Season will rent you any outdoor recreation equipment you might want for an unforgettable adventure. Snowshoes, skis, mountain bikes, etc..
As far as neighborhood eateries, we have an award winning craft coffee shop located in the same building as the hotel! THEORY Coffee & Bakery is a super vibey northern California coffee roaster. To explore more, we suggest you take a stroll to Yak’s Shack for an afternoon burger or a 2 minute walk for an acai bowl from Alua’s Thrive Bar. Dinner at Pipeline shouldn’t be missed!

The PERFECT LOCATION for walking to restaurants. Bikes are also a fun way to get around and can be easily rented from our neighbor directly across the street, The Fifth Season. If you’re using a car, there's plenty of free, safe, on-street parking within 1-2 blocks to the east and south of the building. Guests are provided with a highlighted parking map prior to check-in, showing the best free overnight parking spaces very close to the hotel.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 4 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 4 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
