Main street downtown location with mountain views! Perfect for the adventurer with our top outdoor gear store, the Fifth Season, located directly across the street and Theory Coffee located on the ground floor of our building! Our unique location allows you to walk to everything & experience life like a local in this stunning California mountain town. This space includes a mini fridge, microwave, and tea kettle only. Should you need cooking capacity including plates & utensils, please book Suites 101, 102, 206 or 210.  All of our rooms are non-smoking and this room does not allow pets. If you are traveling with a pet, please reserve Room 102 (our only pet friendly room).

Located in a 100 year old brick building that was just made brand new on the inside, this is the absolute best location in downtown Mt Shasta. The room has all new furnishings (2022), luxurious 800 thread count Egyptian Cotton sheets, brand new bathroom, 55" smart tv, and super fast & reliable fiber internet. If you love clean air you'll appreciate the new HEPASilent air purifier in the room.

You walk in the room to a generous hallway with a luggage bench on your left and marble hall table on your right. The bathroom on your left has a walk-in riled shower with glass door and all new plumbing fixtures and flooring.
Out in the main room you'll find another luggage bench, a queen sized bed with upscale linens, a mini fridge and microwave along with a little coffee station area, leather butterfly chair with marble side table, full size desk/dining table and a large screen smart tv. 

You can sit in the leather chair and look at Mount Eddy out the window or see outdoor adventurers renting their equipment across the street as they prepare to mountain bike, ski, snowboard, snowshoe, etc..

Guests will access a micro entry lobby, one flight of stairs and a common hallway. The entire loft will be private and accessible to only the guest (no sharing of space required). Please note there is no elevator in the building so climbing one flight of stairs is required for this space. If you need a space with few or no stairs, there are 2 ground floor rooms in the hotel, Room 101 and Room 102.

Located at a lively intersection downtown (that turns very sleepy by 10 pm), literally nearly every one of Mt Shasta’s best spots are within walking distance! Feel free to make eye contact and say hello as you walk the sidewalks as this is a small, friendly town. Our outdoorsy neighbors across the street at The 5th Season will rent you any outdoor recreation equipment you might want for an unforgettable adventure. Snowshoes, skis, mountain bikes, etc..
As far as neighborhood eateries, we suggest you take a stroll to Yak’s Shack for an afternoon burger or a 2 minute walk for an acai bowl from Alua’s Thrive Bar. Dinner at Pipeline shouldn’t be missed!

The PERFECT LOCATION for walking to restaurants. Bikes are also a fun way to get around and can be easily rented from our neighbor directly across the street, The Fifth Season. If you’re using a car, there's plenty of free, safe, on-street parking within 1-2 blocks to the east and south of the building. Guests are provided with a highlighted parking map prior to check-in, showing the best free overnight parking spaces very close to the hotel.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 4 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 4 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
