Guests will access a small entry lobby, one flight of stairs and a common hallway. The entire Suite 205 will be private and accessible to only the guest (no sharing of space required). Please note there is no elevator in the building so climbing one flight of stairs is required for this space. If you need a space with few or no stairs, there are 2 ground floor rooms in the hotel, Room 101 and Room 102.

Located in the absolute best location in downtown Mt Shasta, our mountain town's best restaurants, pubs, coffee houses, unique shops and outdoor gear stores are all within a 1-5 minute walk. Feel free to make eye contact and say hello as you walk the sidewalks as this is a small, friendly town. Our outdoorsy neighbors across the street at The 5th Season will rent you any outdoor recreation equipment you might want for an unforgettable adventure. Snowshoes, skis, mountain bikes, etc..

If you’re using a car, there's plenty of free, safe, on-street parking within 1-2 blocks to the east and south of the building. Guests are provided with a highlighted parking map prior to check-in, showing the best free overnight parking spaces very close to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Twenty-five percent (25.00%) of the total booking charges (less $25.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 4 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 4 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
